There are features for monitoring such as leak, pressure field, activity, system infrastructure, performance indicators and target setting. 

Field Services and Support Management (FSM) modules provide information services such as team management, contact management, field operation with mobile device, GPS, GPRS and job management. The major functions of FSM include Leak Detection, Leak Repair, Equipment Installation and Maintenance, Valve Auditing, Zero Pressure Test, Step Test, Pressure Step Test and Night consumption Servey.

BABE analysis package involves several modules such as Annual Water Balance, Pressure Management, Night Flow Analysis and Economic Level of Leakage, These are performance under the designed area of metering or DMA or selected area basis.

Management Report provides information services for management and staff with indicators showing performance of each whereas Knowledge Repository is built in.
